Advance Monthly Invoicing: On the 15th of each month, you will receive an invoice via email for the upcoming month’s service. This gives you a full week to review your scheduled visits.
Automatic Payment: On the 22nd, our system securely processes the payment using the card on file and immediately emails you a receipt.
No Contracts, Total Control: You can cancel at any time. If you cancel mid-month, we provide a full, pro-rated refund for any scheduled patrols that have not yet been performed. We only keep what we’ve earned

To help us maintain our Cluster Routing efficiency and respect our technicians' schedules, we simply ask for notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled patrol.

Advance Notice: No charge.
Late Cancellation (Same Day): If we are already en route or at your gate when you cancel, a small 'Trip Fee' may apply to cover fuel and labor.
Pro-Rated Refunds: If you have pre-paid for the month, any remaining unperformed services will be refunded to you immediately."

Pre-Pay & Save: Receive a 5% discount on your total bill when you pre-pay for 6 or 12 months of service in advance.
The 'Refer-a-Pack' Program: For every neighbor you refer who signs up for recurring service, you receive a $25 credit toward your next month's bill. There is no limit to how many referral credits you can earn!
Military, First Responder, & Teacher Discount: In honor of those who serve, we offer a 10% discount on all recurring service plans for active-duty military, veterans, first responders and educators.

What happens if it rains or snows?

We are a year-round service, and we patrol in most weather conditions to keep your yard sanitized. However, we follow a strict 'Safety & Quality' protocol:

Rain or Light Snow: We typically work through it. Our 'Guardian-Grade' disinfectants still provide protection, and the waste still needs to go.
Heavy Accumulation or Lightning: If heavy snow covers the waste or lightning makes it unsafe to be out, we will skip that day's patrol.
The 'Double-Duty' Guarantee: If we have to skip a visit due to weather, we don't just leave you hanging. On your next scheduled visit, we perform a Double-Duty Patrol to ensure every bit of accumulation from the missed week is removed.
Billing Integrity: Since we are still removing the same total amount of waste over the course of the month, your monthly rate remains the same. You never pay for work that isn't eventually completed.

Do I need to leave my gate unlocked?

To ensure a seamless 'Guardian-Grade' patrol, we need clear access to your service area.

Access Options: Most clients provide a gate code or a key for a combination lock. You can securely store these access instructions in your Client Hub.
The 'Locked Out' Protocol: If we arrive and cannot access the yard due to a locked gate or blocked entry, we will attempt to contact you immediately.
Safety First: If we cannot gain access within 5 minutes, we must move to our next scheduled neighbor to maintain our Cluster Routing efficiency.
Billing: Because we have allocated time and fuel to your property, the full service fee still applies for 'Locked Out' visits. We will resume service on your next scheduled date.

Can my dog stay in the yard while you work?

Accepted Answer

We love dogs, but for the safety of your pets and our technicians, we have a 'One-on-One' policy:

The Rule: We ask that all pets remain inside the home or in a separate kennel during our scheduled patrol.
The Reasoning: Even the friendliest 'Good Boy' can become protective or stressed when a stranger enters their territory with equipment. Additionally, we want to ensure we don't accidentally let a pet out of an open gate while we are working.
If a Dog is Out: For safety reasons, we cannot enter a yard where a dog is loose. We will notify you to bring them inside so we can complete the patrol. If they cannot be brought in, we will have to skip the visit and follow the 'Locked Out' billing protocol mentioned above.

Is there a first-time cleanup fee?

Our goal is to get your yard into 'Elite' condition as fast as possible. We offer two ways to start:

Standard Start: If your yard has been maintained recently, the first visit is included in your standard monthly rate. No extra fees.
The 'Restoration' Reset: If it’s been over 30 days since your last cleanup, a one-time Sanitation Reset fee may apply to cover the initial heavy labor required to reach our 'Guardian-Grade' baseline.
The 'HELP!' Bonus: Sign up for our Weekly Plan and mention code 'HELP!'—we will credit 50% of your Restoration Fee back to your account in Month 2, and the remaining 50% back in Month 3.

The Result: You get a professional restoration for $0 out-of-pocket over your first 90 days of service."
